Leinburger join Volker on top of the podium

Onlookers awaiting for a great show in last stock A main weren’t disapointed as it was a great fight on the track between the podium contenders. Steffen Leinburger enjoy a perfect start behind Thilo Todtmann, creating immediatly a small gap with the Xray driver. After a few laps thilo achieve to fill the gap behind them and put Steffen under pressure.  After some laps, the two cars wheel to wheel touch themselves and Thilo sees Steffen retain the lead. This allowes Markus Kreder to came back in the fight for victory as a came and pressure Thilo. As Thilo has to protect his position, Steffen was relieved and able to create again a gap on Thilo. Thilo and Markus go on a great battle, the two german touch themselves, and finally Markus gain the 2nd place. Steffen keeps his cool till the end, thus achieving the german to enjoy a second GP3F champion title in a row.

Markus Kreder, who impressed every onlookers with great driving in finals take the second step on the podium. Being quite unlicky, as he was maybe as fast as the winner, Thilo Todtmann, settle for 3rd place.

 

In mod class, Ronald Volker complete a perfect week end as he won every round he races. French drivers create some great show as Lucas Urbain and Loic Jasmin fight together all the race long for 7th place. The two made a blistering « mano a mano ». In the end, Lucas goes his Wildfire traction roll and Loic won the battle.

Volker is 2013 GP3F Champion, as Steffen Leinburger wins thrilling leg 2

In mod class,  job is done for Ronald Volker who won leg 2 as usual with a mistake free run.

In stock class, everything is possible now. Steffen Leinburger had a great start and immediatly increase the gap between Thilo and him. Thilo seems to be a little slower in the beginning of the race. 2 min after the start, Steffen lose the rear end of his Yokomo and got involve in a crash in the middle of the straight line with Thilo who was coming full speed. Thilo car got broken in the crash, and the german must retire. After this, Steffen drop to 3rd place. In the lead was Jan Bickendorf who got passed on Marjus Kreder in the first lap. Markus was very fast behind the Yokomo driver. The two collide in the end of the straight line, allowing Steffen to regain the lead. Markus wait for Jan, and the two race together till the end. In the penultimate lap, Markus got passed on Jan with an incredible attack in the inside of the curve at the end of the straight line. So in the end, Steffen got the win in front of Markus and Jan.

Now all is open for the final victory as Steffen, Markus and Thilo can all win the GP3F.

PRT Electronic boss, and leader of 1/12 stock French Championship is racing with the latest Team Magic E4RSII EVO.

He uses his PRT 10 speedo with a home made motor. Yoann qualified in B main stock.

Manu Wagner wins big in Longwy

MRC driver Manu Wagner enjoy the great traditionnal raffle as the Xray boy will be back home with a VBC Lightning 12 kit and a Zone Top Way Racing combo in his bag.

Lightning 12 is the brand new pan car from VBC Racing.

ZTW Racing is a new brand that produce 1/10 2S and 1S speedo, fully parameterizable, with black anodized case. They also produce a line of 1/10 touring car bruschless motors.
