Q1 ends up for stock drivers in Longwy, as Germany’s Steffen Leinburger put his Yokomo BD7 on top of the grid. The german ace made a strong run, despite a little mistake while being under pressure in the mid half of the run. An other german guy that put great pressure on Steffen all the run long is Todtmann Thilo. The 1/8th track German champion also made a mistake in the end of his run, and bring his WRC STX 2014 to the second spot of the grid.

A former GP3F champion, Joe Streff from Luxembourg do his best to get the 3rd spot behind the two german. Despite driving very clean lines, Joe seems unable to have the speed to challenge the two frontrunners.

4th place goes to Markus Kreder, a driver that came to previons month round of MRC Winter Series to learn the track. An other Winter Series frontrunner is Max Machler that put his Awesomatix A700 to the 5th place behind the team C TC10 of Tom Maquel. The Luxembourg driver, who is a contender for the title of MRC Winter Series champion seems a lot slower than usual. Hopefully he can solve his lack of speed for the next heat to be a challenger for the top spot.

Best french driver is Nico Lemoine from MRC Longwy.  Being mechanised by Loic Jasmin, Nico who is a former GP finalist had a great run in the group 10 to reach the top of the provisional standings, and bring his Speed passion powered Yokomo to the A Main.
